I must say I was very surprised with the appeal and attention this pumpkin cupcake recruited, it's on everyone's favourite list and our best seller! Every everytime I bake this I think of my late father, Henry Brand, who loved pumpkin and didn't care how it was cooked. Unfortunately, I never got to bake this for him.Our pumpkin is not out of a can but real home steamed pumpkin baked with butter, flour, sugar and spice. It's topped with cream cheese and minimal powder sugar. Ladies, men just love these and they'll love you for serving them good old fashion cake!
