PECAN PIE WITH CREAM

There's something about this Pecan Pie that brings the best out of pecans. At first I thought it must be the pie crust or is it the gorgeous filling of melted butter and golden syrup? Eventually, I ended up eating a good piece and continued to happily wonder. It's that kind of indescribable taste that gets you hooked days and weeks after, you know what I mean? I had about 10 testers and I can confidently say that they will never forget this pie, you have got to try it out!
